Out and Away Sunrise Oil Painting, Oil on canvas, 12” x 12”
Inspired by an amazing sunrise I experienced on a boat trip on Chesapeake Bay. The land is vanishing into the horizon as we head out onto the water. Rich pink and mauve color palette with loose visible brushstrokes and sense of movement and anticipation. Painted on 1.5” deep gallery wrap canvas, finished with satin varnish and equipped with a hanging wire on the back. This piece looks beautiful as is, or can be framed.
